No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

Any content purchased is confidential and proprietary. The owner is not liable for any actions taken by, or losses incurred by, third parties who may obtain or act on this Information through unauthorized redistribution. Unauthorized redistribution may lead to the termination of your subscription and may subject you to legal action.

Customer Account and Security

While customers are welcome to complete purchases as guests, creating an account provides additional features and convenience, such as order history and faster checkout. Whether or not an account is created, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their purchase information.

Performance of Service

You understand and agree that your purchase of a single product provides access to a static, one-time snapshot of algorithm-generated stock picks. This is not a live data feed, and no ongoing updates or revisions to the information are guaranteed or implied. The content reflects the algorithm’s most recent output generated before the timestamp of your completed purchase.

The algorithm is designed to operate using the most current market data reasonably obtainable at the time of each scheduled generation, generally once per U.S. trading day. However, you acknowledge that the availability, accuracy, and timing of such data may be affected by factors beyond the owner's control, including but not limited to system outages, server downtime, software bugs, third-party API failures, network disruptions, force majeure events, and routine or emergency maintenance. The owner disclaims any obligation to ensure the algorithm operates uninterrupted, error-free, or on any guaranteed schedule, and expressly disclaims liability for any failure or delay in the delivery of updated information.

The owner will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the functionality of the algorithm and delivery infrastructure, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any particular output. By using this service, you expressly waive and release any claims against the owner arising from technical failures, delivery delays, outdated information, or any reliance you place on the data provided. You further agree that no refunds, credits, or remedies of any kind will be offered in connection with any such issues.

Algorithmic Strategy and Limitations.

Each portfolio of stock picks is generated by proprietary algorithms based on strategies built and tested using historical data. Consequently, each portfolio is not the result of personalized financial analysis or consideration of your individual investment needs, nor shall they be construed as such. Algorithmic trading strategies have inherent limitations, and their performance can be affected by various market factors and unforeseen events.

The Merchant is not a licensed financial advisor, registered investment advisor, or broker-dealer. The stock picks provided are for educational purposes only. Neither the portfolio nor anything else obtained through this service constitutes personal investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice whatsoever. The Information is general and is not tailored to your specific individual financial circumstances, investment objectives, or risk tolerance.

Hypothetical Performance Disclaimer

Any hypothetical performance results are based on a model and were not achieved by any portfolio (unless explicitly stated). While these results were prepared with the benefit of hindsight, the algorithm was designed to eliminate hindsight bias. Any hypothetical performance results do not involve actual financial risk. There are often sharp differences between hypothetical and actual results.

No Fiduciary Relationship

The Merchant possesses no fiduciary duty to the user, nor shall there be any adviser-client relationship between the Merchant and the user.

Investing in securities (including stocks, options, ETFs, etc.) carries a high degree of risk. You acknowledge that you could lose all or a significant portion of your investment. Never invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Market conditions are constantly changing, and any information provided may be outdated or superseded by subsequent market events or other reasons. The Merchant is under no obligation to update or correct any information provided.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the Merchant expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, satisfactory quality or arising from a course of dealing, law, usage, or trade practice, or regarding security, quiet enjoyment, reliability, timeliness, and performance.

You acknowledge and agree to hold the Merchant harmless and indemnify the Merchant from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to any purchase, your investment decisions, or any violation of these terms. In no event shall the Merchant be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) purchased content.

Resolving Disputes

You agree to try to resolve any dispute by contacting help@mystockalgo.com.

Controlling Law

Unless otherwise required by law, this Agreement and terms and any disputes shall be governed by California law except for its conflicts of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

These terms make up the entire agreement between you and the Store regarding your use of our products. They supersede any prior agreements.

Waiver, Severability, and Assignment

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect, and an enforceable term will be substituted to reflect our intent as closely as possible. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these terms, and any such attempt will be void. The Merchant may assign its rights to any of its affiliates or subsidiaries or any successor in interest of any business associated with our products.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products with notice to you if:

(a) you have breached these terms, or
(b) you use the products in a manner that would cause a real risk of harm or loss to other users or us.

Before suspending or terminating your account, we’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with your account so you can try to remedy the activity that prompted us to contact you. If you fail to take the steps we ask of you after such notice, we’ll terminate or suspend your access to our products.

We won’t provide notice before termination where we believe that:

(a) you’re in material breach of these terms,
(b) doing so would cause us legal liability or compromise our ability to provide our products to our other users, or
(c) the law prohibits us from providing notice.

When this agreement terminates for any reason, all the sections one would expect to survive will survive, including, but not limited to, any warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability terms, terms regarding resolving disputes, any miscellaneous terms, and intellectual property terms. The termination of this agreement doesn’t affect any amounts owed to the Merchant before that termination.

Changes to Terms

The Store reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the User to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
